Joe Perry was injured when his motorcycle was struck by a motor vehicle at 2 PM today (Thursday, July 15th), authorities said.

According to Amanda Reed from Patriotledger.com, Perry was struck at the intersection of routes 44 and 105 and was taken by ambulance to Morton Hospital and Medical Center in Taunton, authorities said. A hospital spokeswoman said at about 4:30 p.m. that Perry had been treated and released.
