Could there be a Big Four tour next year? Megadeth singer Dave Mustaine wrote on Twitter that “a huge announcement is coming,” adding, “Just went through a couple weeks of hell arranging something special for summer… We’re going to have some Big shows coming up.” The fact that he wrote the word “big” with a capital B could mean metal’s Big Four are planning a trek. No official word has come from Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer or Anthrax’s camps but after successful Sonisphere shows overseas this summer, a joint trek is definitely possible.
