Cooper's 25th album, titled 'Welcome 2 My Nightmare' is billed as the sequel to his 1975 album ‘Welcome To My Nightmare’. That record was his first as a solo artist and not as frontman of the Alice Cooper Group.
He made the announcement on his radio show Nights With Alice Cooper, which aired on the Planet Rock station on Saturday night (2/19/11).
The album does not have a release date yet, but is expected this summer
