Neil was released from jail on 2/25 after serving just 10 days of a 15-day sentence for a DUI charge. His house arrest ended last week.
The 50-year-old rocker's TV reporter girlfriend Alicia Jacobs stood by him throughout his troubles but now she has decided to move on.
In a statement, she says, "Due to the decisions Vince continues to make, it is necessary that I end our relationship of seven months. I wish him happiness and good health."
