Ozzy Osbourne has become a grandfather for the fifth time.
On 4/24/12, Ozzy’s son Jack and his fiancée, actress Lisa Stelly, welcomed a daughter named Pearl at a healthy 8 lbs., 6 oz.
The couple were engaged last September.
