Fleetwood Mac lead a new poll of high-priced live acts. With average secondary ticket prices of over $305 for gigs on the band's On With the Show tour, Mick Fleetwood and his bandmates have topped a Forbes list of in-demand stars. Maroon 5 come in second with tickets available for $280 and Taylor Swift is just $20 behind them, at $260.
