Jesse James Dupree is best friends and business partners with Michael Ballard in Sturgis, SD. with the Full Throttle Saloon...which burned to the ground earlier this month. 
Ballard spoke to ABC affiliate KOTA News, saying a pinched power cord to a keg refrigerator overheated and sparked a nearby cardboard box.
